IST Recording Session

IST have been working on their new album for some time recording at The Way Studio with either myself or Luke on hand to engineer alongside long time producer Jay Burnett. Again it is always a pleasure working with these guys who have a great sense of humor and some awesome songs ranging from fast uber driven screaming to beautifully crafted, catchy songs.

This particular session saw them getting down the remanding guitar and vocal takes for the album. Jay has done a great job (as always) with the recording and production and is someone I tend to learn from just by being involved with this project. His recording techniques have some very interesting results and he has many years of experience and (still) enthusiasm of studio production.
