The Jayways - Check these guys out!

Its always a pleasure when a great band comes through the door. This time it turned out to be The Jayways. A young band with so much potential, writing classic melodic songs inspired by many of the 60's and 70's groups such as The Small Faces and of course The Beatles.

The track we recorded entitled 'Daisy Days' is a corker and demonstrates in under 3 minutes what a good bunch of songwriters these guys are and indeed competent players. Have a listen to the mix, straight from the studio:

The guys are coming back next week to record and mix another two tracks and I'll be posting the progress on here as the sessions unfold.

I seriously recommend getting out to watch these guys if you can, if not pop along to their myspace and get listening.
