Anti-Fur Rally in London

Yes thats right... an Anti-Fur Rally in London. Why you ask???!!? Is this person mad?!? Well no I'm not. Without going into it to much I for one am firmly opposed to the sickening fur trade and this was my chance to join hundreds of like minded people in the streets of London to show how I felt. For lots of info please read this I WANT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS WRONG WITH KILLING ANIMALS FOR THEIR FUR AND I AM READY TO FACE THE TRUTH (thats my title to the link by the way).

This may I add was one of the biggest anti-fur marches held for many years.

me

All of the people on the march were so nice and of course vegetarians (like myself) or vegans (like my partner). It was a great feeling to be part of all this and the cool thing was I was given a drum to bang away at as we marched through the streets of London!

medrum

The look on peoples faces as they came out of Harrods to be faced with hundreds of protesters stood in complete silence in the middle of the road facing Harrods doors was priceless! Harrods (if you didn't know) still sells fur. Harrods is bad. Harrods is a bad boy indeed. So don't shop there or your rubbish... ok!

Thanks to the police for all there help and support throughout the march... I'm sure they were secretly marching along with us in support rather than there to make sure I didnt bang my drum too hard.

Ill be on the next one and the one after that and the one after that until the UK sorts itself out and decides which side of the fence it sits on regarding animal welfare. Hope to see you all there!
